Day 1 : Arrival Ternate – Hotel
Arrival in Ternate airport, meet & greet with your driver and guide, afterwards transfer around 35 minute to your hotel.

Day 2 : Ternate Sightseeing (B)
Ternate is a small round island, dominated by Gamalama volcano. It has a long history as the original “species” island. Here you still could see the “Cengkeh Afo” tree, baptized as mother of the whole clove trees in the world, since this tree has more than 350 years of age. Ternate also witnessing a long history of how the western world competitor to conquer this island. You will explore all above interesting spots on a full day tour. You will visit several fort dated back to the 15th and 16th century such as Kastella Fort, Kalamata fort, Toloko Fort and Oranje fort. You will also visit natural wonder Tolire Lake, a big lake that do not have any connection to the sea with its own ecosystem.

Day 3 : Ternate – Tidore excursion (B)
After breakfast, transfer to harbor and continue by local wooden chartered boat to Tidore island. Upon arrival at Soasiu, a sleepy town capital of Tidore Island, we will drive up to Gurabunga Village (a village of 800 meters above sea level) via a small winding mountain road. Gurabunga lies in the slope of volcanic mount of Kiematubu (1730 m). You could go on trekking visiting several beautiful villages around such as Lada Ake. Lunch (excluded) at local restaurant en-route. In the afternoon snorkeling at Maitara island then back to Ternate.

Day 4 : Ternate – Sofifi - Tobelo (B)
After breakfast, we will proceed to Halmahera island. First by speedboat to Sofifi around 45 minute to one hour depend on the wave and continue by car to Tobelo around one-hour drive. On the way we will stop at Kao and you still could see Japanese military ship that sank by the allied during WW II. We will also stop at several spots for pictures.

Day 5 : Tobelo excursion (B)
After breakfast, we will make land tour by visiting the biggest lake in Halmahera called Duma Lake, Hot spring water of Mamuya and Sapoli waterfall and Tanjung Bongo. In the afternoon return to your hotel.

Day 6 : Tobelo – Morotai (B)
After breakfast, check-out. Today we will depart to Morotai Island using local public wooden Ferry. The journey to Daruba (about 9000 inhabitants, biggest town in the island), the capital of Morotai, will take about 3 hours. Departure time will be depending from the weather condition. Upon arrival in Daruba, transfer direct to your accommodation. The rest of the day free on your own.
Morotai is a small Island (1600 sq km only) but full of WWII history. Morotai used to be an important Japanese base. After a long and heavy battle with the allied, Japanese abandoned their base and move to Kao in the mainland of Halmahera. Later General Mac Arthur use Morotai as a base of allied bombers to bomb Japanese position in Philippines where eventually go on into the Japanese Islands itself that result of their surrender. Morotai is just a small island with its many beautiful white beaches, intact coral reefs for snorkel lover and of course small islands with its pristine water.

Day 7 : Morotai island tour (B,Lunch box)
Today we will charter speedboat, visiting Zum Zum island where you still could see the remind of ex bunker of Gen. Douglas Mc Arthur. Continue to Dodola Island, a unique “twin” white sandy beach island, connected only during the low tide. You will enjoy full day swimming and snorkeling in the island. Lunch box will be provided. In the afternoon return to the cottages

Day 8 : Morotai – Tobelo - Subaim (B,L,D)
After breakfast, check-out. Depart Morotai back to Tobelo using the public ferry around 1,5 hours. Upon arrival in Tobelo, drive to Daru village around 1,5 hours then continue by local chartered boat around 30 minute to Subaim. Arrive in Subaim jetty, visit waterfall and direct check in to your accommodation.

Day 9 : Subaim – Foli, Birdwatching & Togutil Tribe (B,L,D)
Early morning about 4 am, we will leave hotel drive to Foli by Extrada (4x4) to the old of lodging road for standard wing paradise, the birds will appear around 6 am to 8 am. Continue birding other endemic of Halmahera around Foli birding spot as like Paradise bird, Great-Billed parrots, Eclectus, Red- cheeked parrots, lories, lorikeets, and flying fruit bats, etc at Aketajawe National Park. Continue to meet primitive tribe Togutil’. Back to Foli and having lunch at local homes in traditional way (cooked by bamboo). Afternoon visit Japanese fort nearby beach of Hatetabako village. Hatetabako village is small village with beautiful white sand beach, you could also be swimming at the beach. Return to your accommodation

Day 10 : Subaim – Sofifi - Ternate (B)
After breakfast, check-out. Depart to Sofifi for 2 hours driving and continue by speedboat boat to Ternate island around 45 minute to one hours depend on the wave. Upon arrival at Ternate, direct transfer to your hotel and free program.
